Description
We have a vacancy for a Customer Support Engineer CC - Mobile Switching (CS Core 2G/3G) to cover Care and Project activities for customers in Romania.
Role Description/Tasks:
- Sw upgrades, troubleshooting, technical consultancy on the area of competence to Customer
- Perform operations and maintenance activities
- Participate in EMERGENCY rota call up and call out
- Perform HW and SW extension on the network element of the area of competence
- Participate in all project and care related activities.
- NE supported: DX MSS, IPA MGW, ATCA MSS, ATCA MGW.
- Ability to work night shifts
- Ability to travel on short notice inside Romania and abroad
Technical Competence Areas:
- CS Core area - DX MSS, IPA MGW, ATCA MSS, ATCA MGW.
