Core Java Developer - Contract - £500/day - 9 months - Gloucester
An experienced Java developer is required to lead a medium sized Java development team through design, development, test, debugging, verification, integration and support of state of the art software utilising the Java language, with particular focus on Front End applications. You will be able to demonstrate excellent technical leadership skills as well as showing the willingness to be hands-on and conduct each of the tasks that you ask of your team for yourself.
You will be able to perform code reviews and ensure standards are met and followed consistently. You will be a self-starter, have good listening skills, probe for answers, demonstrate your understanding, and draw upon your experience. You should be able to demonstrate how you take creative approaches
to problem solving/innovation.
