My client is a leading technology organisation who require an Optimisation Team Leader to work on a six month contract in the Philippines. The successful candidate will have managed RNP&O teams for tier 1 mobile operators across the world and be proficient in Nokia's features and parameters.

Job Description
- Lead a network optimisation team that will be responsible for the analysis of drive test data, generation of new logical and physical configuration parameters, generation and input of new radio network frequency plans and implementation of physical changes at the antenna level
- Liaise with all other team managers and ensure that all captured data is processed in a timely manner and provide immediate feedback to the Drive Test Team Leaders in event of missing or corrupt data
- Is expected to ensure that the Contractual KPI can be achieved through efficient optimisation techniques delivering overall cell level improvements
- Develop an optimisation process methodology for 2G, 3G and LTE, whilst identifying the various roadblocks in the network under consideration and propose alternate solutions
- Assist the drive test team leaders in creating various testing scenarios and interface with the customer for effective discussion and agreement
- Mentor the local Optimisation teams in handling KPI queries efficiently
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have minimum 8+ years of 2G/3G/LTE optimisation experience and around 8+ years of GSM/WCDMA/LTE experience in Global wireless industry
- The candidate must have excellent knowledge on radio fundamentals of overall Radio technology
- Good hands on optimisation experience on 2G, 3G and LTE- (TDD/FDD) Radio Networks, Nokia Product would be advantage
- Experience of Nokia performance management systems in defining KPI formulae, Extracting various indicators, and able to guide and discuss internal as well customers on New KPI for network performance management
- Should have very good radio fundamentals on radio propagation, antenna theory and protocols of radio network technology
- Proven problem solving skills and a history of delivering complex optimisation projects
- Must have very good analytical and logical skill for troubleshooting performance related issues
- Should handle the radio and KPI related queries for timely resolution
- Must be customer centric and work closely with RNO Manager for timely delivery of Optimisation services
- Good team player and ready to work for stretched working hours
- Good Communication and presentation skills to internal and external customers
- High level of business English skills is a mandatory requirement
