Integration Design Engineer
Our client, the World's leading Cable and Broadband provider based in Amsterdam, is urgently looking for a Red Hat, JBoss Fuse, Middleware, Integration Design Engineer with experience in integrating platforms (Open ESB, Mule, Oracle fusion, Tibco etc) to be built on the top of Red Hat JBoss Fuse software stack.
As an Integration Design Engineer your responsibilities will be to:
- Support the component architecture, design, development, testing, integration and deployment phases of MAP integration platform. The MAP is going to be built on the top of Red Hat JBoss Fuse software stack.
- Define with Red Hat and review system design and component architecture of MAP system.
This includes:
- Participation during requirements and design sessions insuring that component supports functional and technical requirements
- Ensure that delivered system supports non-functional requirements related to performance, auditing and stability of the system.
- Maintain together with vendor up to date documentation related to component design, API interface spec and configuration/deployment guide
- Develop and execute component test packs
- Support integration phase of project providing support related to the MAP component
- Support or lead deployment of MAP systems at UPC affiliates
The Integration Design Engineer we are looking for should have:
- Hands on experience with JBOSS Fuse
- SOA and ESB Knowledge
- Integration Experience with one or more platforms (Open ESB, Mule, Oracle fusion, Tibco etc)
Desirable Experience:
- Knowledge of DTV vendor products, ie Seachange adrenalin platform
- Knowledge of DOCSIS
- They are looking for a hands on technical integrator/developer that knows the concept between building on top of Red Hat components
- Experience coaching a team of 4-5 developers
- Theoretical and working knowledge of Web 2.0 and Web Services Technologies
