My client who provide front-end and back-end services to 3rd party clients are currently looking for a Senior Developer to join the team on a contract basisDaily Rate: DOE
Location: Dublin 2
Contract: 6 months with the opportunity to extend
As a Senior Java Developer on the team you will be working for probably one of the best passionate development teams in Dublin. This fantastic contract role urgently needs to be filled with the right exceptional candidate. It is a great opportunity whereby the successful Java Developer will have the opportunity to work with the Web Application Development team and you will also use the latest tools and toys in the market.
Their technology stack is diverse and they are looking to fill roles for a variety of projects:
- Middle tier API's and web services in both Java and Python
- Dynamic web applications in Javascript i.e Backbone, Angular
- Data Development with cloud using Hadoop, HBase and MapReduce
Your role:
- Develop real products that customers are depending on
- Work on the whole software development lifecycle from low level design to high availability systems
- Work closely with an exceptional development team
Skills
- At least 8+ years working with JAVA.
- Experience with Spring, Spring MVC
- Exposure to Python or Bash Scripting Languages
- Exposure to JavaScript libraries such as Angular, Backbone
- Experience working on the whole software development lifecycle
