Change Manager: MBA, ITIL, Communication, organisational change, SharePoint

I have an excellent opportunity to work for a global company who is well respected throughout their industry and have offices in over 140 countries and make a massive difference to millions of people around the world.

I am looking for a manager to support the CTO Organizational Change Management (OCM) program by creating and/or editing awareness articles, in English, as requested according to agreed schedule and with high level of quality. You will have 'big company' experience and not be daunted by working with a complex and demanding work environment.

CTO Change Management Accountabilities:
* Receive input from OCM team on required news items, announcements, articles, re-quested publication channel, audience and required schedule.
* Create release ready copy of news items, announcements, articles, according to requirements and according to schedule, in line with company standards (branding, tools etc)
* Support OCM team in preparation and facilitation of key events and workshops.
* Contribute to OCM related activities (brainstorming to implement OCM plan, deter-mine channels for ideas and stories)

IDEAL BACKGROUND:
Education:
* Minimum: University degree in relevant area (communication or related)
* Desirable: MBA or a professional qualification

Languages:
* Proficiency in English (read/write/speak)
* Other languages (desirable)

Experience:
* Strong English writing skills end experienced in communicating complex IT matters in simple to understand messages, graphics, etc.
* 5+ years' experience working in an international team with people responsibility. Ability to manage remote relationships
* Experience in team building and facilitation skills
* Experience using SharePoint and Outlook 2010 and 2013
