Omschrijving Lead Agile Coach (QR3227) :
For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for Lead Agile Coach. The Lead Agile Coach supports implementation of the Agile practices within the DevOps teams. An Agile coach works closely with other team coaches, product owners, scrum masters to develop and perform activities allowing skills development for team members and improvement of cooperation.
Expectation management towards managers of cluster and transition manager/strategic coach around approach, results, scope and dates etc within cluster.
Chasing line management on prerequisites when needed to be able to meet our planning (trainings, dates, teams complete etc).
Profile Lead Agile Coach (QR3227)
- Have experience in project or team management, whether traditional or Agile
- Able to act as lead coach towards the other coaches
- At operational level act as consultant and coach for the teams with their higher level managers and towards their business partners
- At strategic/tactical level act as consultant and coach for higher management and towards their business partners
Technical skills Lead Agile Coach (QR3227)
- Experience with Large Scale Transitions
- Experience with Organizational Change
- Experience with Agile methods & Practices
Competences Lead Agile Coach (QR3227)
- You must be self-sufficient, versatile, passionate and dynamic
- They must show diplomatic skills
- Also, they must have facilitation skills as well as the ability to resolve conflicts
Tasks Lead Agile Coach (QR3227)
Carry out Agile coaching
Help teams implement Agile approaches/practices
Coaches managers to help them familiarize with their role
Remain at the leading-edge of Agile development practices and contribute to their spreading
Execute Lead coach role
Expectation management towards managers of cluster and transition manager/strategic coach around approach, results, scope and dates etc within cluster
Chasing line management on prerequisites when needed to be able to meet our planning (trainings, dates, teams complete etc)
Takes care of having an implementation/transition backlog by the managers for the cluster
Primus Inter pares of the coaches
Member of Agile Core Team, informs about progress and escalates when needed
Coaches the managers of the cluster
