Required Experience:

5-7 years advanced experience in Exchange 2010, Windows Server, Lync, Blackberry and Active Sync for a global enterprise environment
Strong experience in Office 365 integration and migration
Significant experience in upgrading/migrating Exchange platforms
Active Directory service model
Mobile messaging platforms
Advanced Scripting experience (Powershell, VBScript)
Managed and maintain AD/ADFS and UAG
