Practice Lead Security / Perm / Brussels

We are looking for a Practice Lead Security for a client in Brussels.

The practice lead security is required to work with clients to ensure delivery of Information Security and Related Requirements. He/she must be familiar with ISO 27001 and Cobit Accreditation and security standards like the SPF and CPNI requirements. They must be able to work closely with clients to support, develop and maintain IT infrastructure, security architecture and design as well as be able to develop IT Security strategy and ensure IT Security best practice. The role will require:
  • Knowledge of IT Security standards and methodologies (e.g.: ISO 27000 family of standards).
  • Uderstand and formalise information security business requirements.
  • Knowledge in IT consulting matters
  • Strong capacity to draft documents and give presentations.
  • Ability to apply high quality standards.
  • Ability to participate in multi-lingual (English, French) meetings, excellent communicator.
  • Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment.
  • Develop and maintain security policy documentation
  • Conduct security risk assessments for client deliveries
  • Produce and maintain security risk documentation with clients
  • Self starter who can act as the lead in delivery against agreed schedule of works *Production and maintenance of ISMS or other security related deliveries as required, including supporting clients through IT Security Testing processes and interpretation of results
  • Support, facilitate and manage accreditation activities
  • Promote information security awareness with clients and delivery partner


Tech. & Func. skills
  • Acts as an expert and trusted advisor in the identification and resolution of issues across the business, application landscapes, organization, people and processes and ensures that all necessary documentation is included. Liaises closely with other colleagues to leverage best practices or seek guidance where appropriate in order to deliver best advice
  • Translation of Customer Needs. Analyses customer requirements based on identified needs, makes feasibility studies and supports the customer in defining a business case for change as required. Defines and agrees an affordable scope of work
  • Business Solutions & Implementation. Takes responsibility for the definition of smaller/medium scale business solutions. Participates in or sometimes leads project-based implementation of the solution in compliance with external and/or internal methodologies, tools and procedures
  • Risks & Benefits. Identifies, assesses and clearly articulates the risks, impact, costs and benefits related to the business solution & implementation
  • Customer Presentations & Training. Prepares and performs presentations, leads workshops internally and to customers at middle management level to influence and convince on recommended approaches and solutions. Trains customer's staff and partners as required
  • Knowledge Acquisition & Sharing. Enhances and extends personal portfolio of expertise including getting new certifications and networking with colleagues and professionals. Makes an ongoing contribution to Fujitsu's knowledge base. Maintains an up-to-date skill profile
