Our direct fortune 500 client located in Mayfield Village, MD is looking for Oracle DBAs.Required:
Required Oracle skills:
Oracle Weblogic, Web Services, Application Server
Oracle Database Administration experience with configuration, load balancing, backup/recovery, sizing and space management, and diagnostics.
Implementation and configuration tasks with Oracle Utilities Applications and Oracle Database hosted on a RedHat and Oracle Linux Platform.
Database management and administration
Provide Operations support and technical assistance to users as needed.
Provide off-hours support and maintenance as needed.
Experience utilizing backup and recovery tools and best practices for Oracle databases, including RMAN.
Experience utilizing O/S backup and recovery tools and best practices.
Experience with system automation and virtualization tools.
Working experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
Plusses:
- UNIX/Linux Administration Experience
