My client is looking for a Developer with strong experience of supporting and developing Genesys Technologies at version 8 or later to join their team in Bingley
Job Responsibility
Have a key role in developing and maintaining a stable and sustainable Call Centre platform.
Quickly develop an understanding of the business, IT and wider, tactical and strategic
Well versed with high/low level design documentation for the Call Centre solutions.
Maintain an appropriate appreciation of and approach to risk.
Be able to manage change effectively.
Operate as an effective team member developing personal and colleague's skills and experience.
Responsible to coordinate with remote vendor support team in case of escalated calls and provide them necessary onsite support to resolve the issue.
Performs advanced remote/on site troubleshooting activities encompassing system design issues, upgrade plans, creation of technical product documentation, upgradation & site coordinations.
Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Call Center Voice (Genesys,) operations.
Provide onsite operations and admin consultancy during system administration & maintenance.
Technical skills:-
Bachelor degree within the IT or equivalent
experience in the contact center and enterprise voice technology.
Strong recent experience of supporting and developing Genesys Technologies at version 8 or later.
Should be able to demonstrate a working knowledge and experience of other systems that integrate with Genesys such as; IVR, IP PBX, call recording etc.
Working knowledge of Avaya CS1K & Verint call recording platform.
Should have in-depth understanding of IP Telephony.
Should understand Genesys Inbound, Outbound, IVR (GVP) and WFM technologies.
Should have experience in managing Nortel/Genesys contact center environment.
Understanding of Agent/Agnent groups,skills/split etc.
Good understanding of Genesys call routing system.
Soft Skills: -
Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)Good documentation skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Including MS Project and Visio)
Should have a great customer handling skills
