A leading financial sector client based in Manchester requires a dynamic Insight Analyst who is specifically experienced working with SAS.
As an Insight Analyst you would be responsible for the following:
Key responsibilities - (up to 5 statements describing the main end results required of the role)
Develop and scope specific insight programmes
Deliver detailed analysis projects to drive business decisions
Develop a solid understanding of membership and brand key dynamics
Champion the value of Member and Brand insight across the Group businesses, to ensure that the customers' voice is always heard and consideration of insight data becomes a fundamental part of key strategic decision making processes.
Build relationships with and influence senior decision makers within membership and brand
Required Skills/Qualifications
Excellent understanding of analysis methodologies including behavioural segmentations, propensity modelling, attrition modelling and value forecasting
Good understanding of technical platform and capabilities in the market
Strong drive for quality assurance and proven record in providing robust and accurate insight data
Sound commercial awareness and understanding of the broader consumer context
Strong experience in using SAS/SQL/SPSS to analyse large and varied datasets
Excellent communication skills in order to communicate findings to non-technical audiences
Ability to build relationships and network effectively across the Marketing teams
It would be preferable if you have previous financial sector experience, and your CV must demonstrate your experience in most of the areas listed above.
