- NFT Performance Architect for Web-based, Middleware and Mainframe applications on different environments. Application Performance analysis, capacity planning, identify performance hot spots, suggest, coordinate and contribute in the application non-functional testing.
- Gather and Interpret Business, Technical & Service Acceptance Requirements to form the Test Design for Performance End to End testing
- Extract the Technical elements to form the design
- Co-ordinate the design to offshore Performance testers

- Technical Lead/Co-ordinator for Performance Test Leads
- Performance Tools identification, POC and configuration

- Good Experience with Performance tools LoadRunner, HP Diagnostics and HP Sitescope and any other Performance toolsets
- Good Understanding of Performance testing and End to End to Application Systems on Pre-Prod environments
- Good working knowledge of transactional, static applications and supporting application, integration layer, MWS technologies through Software Platforms, Front End, Back End Applications and Network Layers covering VM and Physical Servers, Main Frames, databases, MQ, MB Middleware services, networks, load balancing, clustering, stubbing across multiple IT technologies

- Capable of Performance testing in Ambiguity
- Experience Performance testing in a Waterfall and Agile model
- Extensive working knowledge in UNIX and Windows platforms.
- Complete awareness of Software Development Life Cycle
- Should be experienced in contributing strategy for creating Performance Test Plans and Scenarios, while specifying approach, Strategy, Architecture, Environment
- Understanding Performance test process from requirements interpretation to delivery
- Understanding Systems design/Architecture
10 to 15 years of IT experience with at least 4 years' experience as performance architect. Experience in application development and application performance tuning and NFT is desired.
