Demonstrated knowledge in one or more enterprise architecture Methologies, technologies and tools. (TOGAF, LZA, Zachman, Java EE Enterprise Architecture).
Demonstrated success applying analytical, abstract, creative, evaluative and synthesis abilities within a software development environment.
Strong experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and processes, and in designing and implementing web services.
Strong experience with integration infrastructure technologies (WebSphere Message Broker, WebSphere Services Registry and Repository, WebSphere MQ).
Strong experience in the application of UML, SOAP, WSDL, REST and UDDI standards.
Strong experience with reliable messaging solutions, message oriented Middleware and enterprise integration challenges.
Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with Scripting languages, and markup languages (HTML, XML, XHTML, etc.)..
Demonstrated knowledge and skills utilizing enterprise-wide relational databases (eg, MySQL, Oracle, DB2 LUW, etc.).
Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and skills is essential.
Incumbent requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, also the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to train, mentor and guide others to learn complex technical skills.
Ability to need to effectively balance workload and priorities with a high degree of follow-through, quality and autonomy
