Description
Service Desk Support Analyst with very strong Microsoft Office 2013, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Lync, SCCM and ITIL environment experience is immediately required for 1st/2nd Line Support contract based in Central London.
Any experience working with Service Manager or SharePoint Technology would be a key advantage.
Essential Technical skills needed: MS Office 13, MS Outlook, MS Lync, SCCM.
Lync experience required - knowing how the various components work, experience supporting on different hardware (mobiles upwards) troubleshooting performance and connectivity issues.
Service Manager - Must have experience with the system for incident logging, converting incidents to problem records, raising service and change requests etc.
Other System Centre products like Config manager would be advantageous.
General 2nd line Outlook support experience is also required.
Sound ITIL experience/understanding is also sought
SharePoint support experience would be an advantage.
