For our customer we are looking for a Supporter - Automation & Integration
We need a ressource to fill in the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) role for our customer team called Automation & Integration. The main areas to cover is our Integration Manager application. Basic knowledge to Java is required. The role will do 1 level and to some extend also 2. level support to our internal customers. We are using Jira for support issues so knowledge of Jira will be of great value. We use Remedy for incident and change management. The resource will work together with 3 Java developers and the idea is to remove the support role from them.
