Notre client, une importante institution européenne basée à Strasbourg, est à la recherche actuellement d'un Senior Process Design Specialist, disposant d'un très bon niveau d'anglais don't voici le profil:
The main duties will be:
- Perform process design for network migration projects;
- Execute QA and QC on process design documentation;
We are looking for candidates with the following profile:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant education (Master or equivalent) after the secondary school;
- Minimum 7 years of Process design experience, being able to demonstrate expertise during Network migration projects;
- Experienced with ARIS and/or Visio;
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL and Prince 2;
- Security driven;
- Quality and acceptance driven;
- Ability to understand the technical environment and its role and impact within the business;
- A strong background in Service Design and the ability to develop communication methodologies and standards to ensure that service design documents are effectively communicated to a wide range of audiences
Fluent English. French skills are not required.
This position is offered as a long term freelance contract or as an employment contract (CDD/CDI).
