This role is an opportunity to join and shape a growing Innovation team who are in the process of developing a new app for their organisation. This is an exciting project to get involved in and they are looking for a Project Manager to come on board to structure the team from the outset.
To be chosen for this role you must have experience with both Agile and Scrum methodologies along with the following:
* Drive the definition of the Project Plan - ensuring an agreed plan is in place and milestones are clearly understood by the project team (ownership, dependencies, etc.) to execute in 1 week iterative delivery cycles
* Work in co-operation with the Business Owners to co-ordinate and drive overall programme implementation applying Project Management Tools and Methodologies to enable project success.
* Ensure that project scope and progress matches defined business priorities. Take necessary action to address departures from plan and/or scope.
* Manage the project budget, update forecasts throughout the project life cycle.
* Track and manage Project Issues, Risks and resource plans, regularly refreshing resource forecasts
* Track and report on project status, providing regular status updates to the management team, escalating issues where required and preparing project updates suitable for senior management
