OSS Engineer

Reporting to: OSS Manager/Operations Director
Qualifications: Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Technology or IT.
Primary Responsibility and Functions
- Responsible for development of in-house applications and web-applications (MS .NET and ASP.NET)
- BI and Database organization and advancement of reporting devices (MS SQL/Oracle).
- Manage the OSS & IT framework life cycle administration including foundation, application and SW for 3GIS.
- Support in the setup and association of the Delivery & Fulfillment Center capacity and setup of different capacities and assets for the MS conveyance for Telenor and different clients.
- Ensure OSS and NSM underpins the MS administrations to be conveyed by, SLA and spending plan.
- Manage administration, system execution examination and KPI reporting for OSS, NMS and IT frameworks.
Job Requirement and Working Experience
- Excellent abilities in MS SQL and Oracle, organization and advancement.
- Excellent programming abilities in .NET (C# and VB).
- 8-10 years of working background in Telecommunication or IT industry.
- Experience in OSS and IT operations of Telecom or bigger IT organizes.
- Experience from OSS, and IT framework organization, framework designer or framework arrangement supervisor and driving such capacities at Operator or Vendor.
- Long involvement in OSS & IT operations and life cycle administration.
- Good venture administration abilities and experience from IT anticipates, as framework planner, PM or designer.
- Proficient level in OSS and NMS applications and framework architectures. eg applications and merchants, for example, Huawei MV OSS, Nokia NetAct, OSS-RC, IBM Tivoli, ARS Remedy, Netcool, Cramer, HP-open perspective, Cisco administration and so forth. Great learning of the FCAPS model or comparable models.
- Good/in-depth knowledge in API and important northbound and southbound interfaces for NMS/OSS frameworks, for example, Corba, SNMTP,
- Good/in-depth knowledge in Unix/Linux, Windows and other agent frameworks, OS.
- Good knowledge in programming, for example, unix Shell Scripts, C, C++, VB, SQL, Linux and so on
- System and application organization and database organization
- Good/in-depth knowledge in IP, Transmission EMS, distinctive seller's hardware eg NSN, Ericsson, Huawei, Tellabs, Transmode, ALU and so forth.
- Computer and general IS/IT information and general programming aptitudes.
