Modelling Systems/Application Support Analyst - Chelmsford
A Huntress Group Client urgently requires a ModellingSystems Support Analyst to work with a global business based in Chelmsford. The role may initially involve some work out of the client's office in central London. The chosen candidate will work on a contract basis for an initial 3-6 months
Key Skills
- You will have great experience in an Systems Analysis and development Environment, providing Modelling Systems Support across cross-functional teams of Risk Management and IT Strategy to ensure all Application systems Support, Administration and Maintenance.
- Knowledge of Modelling systems technologies such as RMS Risklink, Risk manager and Air CATtrader with the ability to quickly learn new systems and transfer knowledge on to others.
- Good Knowledge of ITIL service management, Project Management Frameworks and Software Development Methodologies with a strong customer focused approach.
- Proven success and track record of ability to work to quality standards in a structured environment.
- Experience working in all stages of the project life cycle from requirements gathering through to liaison with 3rd party vendors to specify requirements and into support of new application versions and upgrades.
