My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a large utilities project based across London. The role as Senior Quantity Surveyor will be on a minimum of 18 months contract basis as the project has up to 2 years of work remaining, with further projects being tendered for.The client is looking to interview the middle of next week with an immediate start
The required experience for the Senior Quantity Surveyor role are:
- 8+ years of experience within a Senior QS or commercial manager role.
- ideally experience within the utilities sector.
- working knowledge of NEC3 option C.
- Be able to manage a team.
- Be flexible and able to travel across London.
The day rate will be dependant on the experience of the candidate.
