Act as a systems analyst to analyze and document complex data object configurations, workflows, and forms.
Act as a systems/business admin to create and update complex data object configurations, workflows, and forms.

SKILLS:

Mandatory:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Systems/Business Analyst or similar management role.
Experience creating, updating and maintaining complex data object configurations, workflows and forms as an admin (Business
Administrator experience with SalesForce.com).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Requires strong project management skills coordinating multiple projects across different departments.
Familiarity with IT process and project life cycle management.
Requires strong verbal and written skills.
Ability to create detailed visual documentation.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent.
Ability to exercise judgment, diplomacy and cooperative demeanor while adhering to process and schedule constraints.
Ability to create, update and maintain complex data object configurations, workflows and forms in SalesForce.com

Desired:

Knowledge of local search, online advertising and eCommerce is preferred.
Proficient with business software and tools (MS Office Suite, Project, Visio, JIRA)
Familiar with User Experience Design, Interaction Design, User Centered design.
HTML/JavaScript/Balsamiq.
VBA/SQL/SOQL.
