ITSM Consultant
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Duration: 6 months
Job Description:
As a ITSM Subject Matter Expert the role operates under the governance and control of the Release Management Office, where the post holder is a key member of the life cycle, responsible for the following activities.
Provides IT Service Management expertise to enable effective Business operation
Develops URS for individual requirements
Develops UAT test plan and test cases according to the requirements
Coordinates and participates in UAT
Supports demand intake
Authors changes to impacted Process documentation and training material
The characteristics of the post holder are as follows:
1. Able to lead requirement workshops independently/with Charter PMs
2. Strong hands-on experience on Remedy
3. Understand various Interfaces/including HP. Experience with CMDB tools: BMC Atrium, HP Universal CMDB
4. Role will focus on supporting the ITSM tool Build team, working with the Global Process Owners and teams, as well as inputting to any review of ITSM tool suite.
5. Structured analysis and Datamodelling. Should interlink Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Event Management process very well in Remedy.
6. Contributes to identifying functional and technical requirements to develop new application functionality based on business needs
7. Defining system and user accept testing cases and approach
8. Contribute to development project (incl. Specifications, procedures, tests, training, etc.)
