Head of Financial Management
Adamine are currently working on behalf of an NHS organisation who are seeking a Head of Finance to deputise for the financial director and support the Heads of Specialised Commissioning Finance across the locality in establishing systems and processes for effective QIPP and financial reporting.
As the Head of finance you will be required to:
- Coordinate financial performance of the hubs within the regions.
- Monitor and manage the team's performance against financial targets and plans including QIPP.
- Support in the delivery of contracts
- Have responsibility for the strategic and operational development of the Department.
- Support the commissioning strategy.
- Manage the budgetary implications of activity.
- Improve quality and outcomes
To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:
- NHS Experience is essential
- Have worked to Deputy Director or FD level
- Experience of managing change
- Experience of setting up new systems and processes.
- Experience of delivering QIPP savings
Desirable:
- Understanding of specialised commissioning would be an advantage
