Description
1 year plus contract for a C++, Unix developer working on distributed systems. Local candidates preferred, onsite interviews required.
Duties include:
- Develop and support Back End SaaS applications and services in a multi-tiered, multi-site configuration
- Design systems from a programming and database perspective
5 -10 years experience working with the following:
- Experience with the development of C/C++ services, interfaces, classes, and libraries
- Experience with C/C++ programming in a Linux/Unix environment
- Experience with Data structures
- Experience with DB2
- Experience with TDD, Unit Testing preferred
- Experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment a plus
- Experience working with source control and continuous integrations tools, Team Foundation Server preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including MS Projects, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and see projects through to completion
