Work Measurement Technical Specialist- Business Intelligence, SQL, VB.
My client is seeking a Work Measurement Technical Specialist with Significant knowledge of Business Intelligence and workforce management tools for their offices in Bradford.
The ideal candidate must have:
-Significant knowledge of business intelligence and workforce management tools and resources.
-Significant in-depth experience of call centre and/or Back Office operating models.
-Proven process improvement skills.
-Knowledge of Business Intelligence and workforce management tools and resources.
-Able to automate actions within Microsoft products using VB.
-Experience with SQL databases and ability to build queries in SQL. A knowledge of oracle databases and Business Objects would also be useful.
-Ability to analyse and fix problems in existing tools developments.
-Significant in-depth experience of call centre and/or Back Office operating models.
-Strong communication and presentation skills.
-Proven process improvement skills.
-Microsoft SQL Server Report Builder.
Bradford based with flexibly to travel as required with stakeholders in Bootle, Bradford, Leeds, Glasgow, Teesside, Leicester and Milton Keynes.
