Description
Description:Responsible for providing core VoIP/IP telephony and IP video design, deployment, maintenance and level 2-3 support in a global environment. This position requires high level of knowledge with notable hands on experience implementing Cisco VoIP/IP telephony systems, network devices, QoS and enterprise level voice applications that cover IVR, CTI, CDR and unified messaging, network, system and application monitoring tools.
