SAS Programmer/Developer
realTime recruitment are currently seeking an Advanced SAS Programmer/Developer to join our Client's busy team in Dublin City Centre.
This is a 6 month contract with a competitive daily rate on offer.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the financial/banking sector.
Responsibilities:
- Build, develop and test a Decision Support Tool for customers in financial difficulty according to set business requirement documentation.
- Design and write macros that are maintainable, accessible and user friendly programs.
- Produce technical documentation for the solution including all SAS code.
- Develops, maintains and validates data structure and software.
Experience required:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline
- Advanced SAS Programming skills
- Experience incorporating Macros, Embedded Loops, and Optimisation
- Strong understanding of database concepts and linking database tables using primary and secondary indices.
- SAS Certification is an advantage
