Continuos Delivery Coach
Continuos Delivery Coach is urgently required for a long term contract, paying great rates in an amazing location in the Netherlands. If you are not the CD Coach my client is looking for but you know just the person, please let me know and I will pay you up to 1K for any successfully placed candidates.
The CD Coach will have the following daily tasks:
Driving Continuos Delivery in a mmixed COTS (Dovetail)/Java development projest by
Consultiong PO for CD roadmap to have sensible steps toward a workable solution
Coaching team members of various professional backrounds to understand CD and work for and with CD
Creating and Documenting Roadmaps and CD Pipeline ie. Being the architect and lead developer in a CD pipeline.
Intergrating tech driven initiatives to improve CD and DevOps operation model
Work withcentral services to enable or speed up CD development process.
The CD Coach will ideally have the following skills:
Agile methods and scrum by heart ie. Can write a proper user story with conditions and satisfaction. Recognises waterfall/iterative/phase thinking as such and knows how to achive the same result in Agile/Scrum
Knows Agile development process (eg TDD)
Able to communicate as required by situation towards each audience (CD Stakeholder likes clear words and choices)
Jenkins/Nolio/Jira/Confluence
Nice to have:
Nexus/Ivalidate/Cubes/Oracle/Maven/Sonar
