Position Title: Security and Compliance Business Analyst

Location: Greenwood Village, CO 80122

Work Type: W-2

Contract duration: 6-24 months (FTE convertible)

Responsibilities: The Security and Compliance Business Analyst/Engagement Consultant - Advanced works for the Technology Security and Compliance organization of KP-IT. The Security and Compliance Business Analyst/Engagement Consultant - Advanced must follow KP-IT's project management and governance processes; work collaboratively with all KP-IT team members. The Security and Compliance Business Analyst - Advanced will drive the implementation of a GRC tool (MetricStream) for Risk and Compliance. They will also manage complex systems issues that result in transforming customer requirements into application and system functionality. This role ensures that development, quality and the timing of system releases are operationally appropriate to meet the demand placed on us by internal and external entities. Applicants must be able to work in an agile environment where deliverables are expected weekly.

The leadership of our requirements and testing process requires a skilled analyst who is able to understand a wide range processes and business expertise including knowledge of health care issues, processes, applications, policies, and standards.

Responsibilities of the Security and Compliance Business Analyst/Engagement Consultant - Advanced include:
Translating Technical and workflow requirements, documenting process gaps, aligning capability of vendor products with requirements with development team and test team. Oversees testing process, including review of test use-case definitions, testing results, and setting the priority of bugs to fix. Consultation Consults with regional and national customers; activities include sponsorship of requests functionality from triage and documentation through development, testing, training and deployment of approved requests; may include field visits with user groups, work with governance bodies and survey/feedback monitoring and analysis; leadership of internal testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for all systems and application releases related to project assignments. Supports multiple managers/programs/projects within various functional organizations. Works in conjunction with the vendor and all stakeholders to ensure functioal requirements are reflected in tool capability; gathers workflow data and basic system specifications. Creates and Distributes for Review Creates solution requirements and distributes working drafts for review and final team approval. Creates training materials, including User Guides, Troubleshooting Guides, Install Guides, and Helpdesk 1st and 2nd level Technical Support Guides. Creates Service Level Agreement and maintains changes to SLA documents.

Day-to-day tasks of the Security and Compliance Business Analyst/Engagement Consultant - Advanced include:
Updates project requirements documents, user guides, training materials, and troubleshooting guides. Independently completes project assigned activities, and initiates project/program tasks to meet work plan milestone dates. Nurture relationships with clients and project managers so that issues can be addressed proactively and in a positive manner.

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements 8+ years' proven experience with implementation of GRC software. BA or BS in engineering, business, health care or related field.

Must Requirements
Proven ability to deliver on commercial-off-the-shelf software implementations, GRC, ability to manage and prioritze product backlog; advanced level software implementation knowledge in software tools such as MetricStream, etc...; critical-thinking and analysis skills; proven history of exceptional customer service and on-time delivery; advanced level communications and organizational skills.

Desired Requirements
Consultants with deep knowledge and understanding of systems and business issues: eGRC, software implementation, waterfall, IT compliance, vendor management, financial. Functional knowledge of KP project management tools and SDLC standards.

Minimum number of years of experience preferred: 8

Top 3 - 5 Daily responsibilities: Manage daily Scrum, Remove roadblocks, manage development schedule

Top 3 - 5 Required Skills: Excellent Communicator, Attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple issues/actions at the same time

Desired skills: Experience implementing GRC solutions in a compliance organization. Must be a strong project manager with diligent attention to issues/risks. Must be an excellent communicator. Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements. Must be able to gain consensus among multiple stakeholders

Soft Skills: Emotionally intelligent. Must have empathy and still drive for results. Must have a service oriented attitude
