Description
For this unique opportunity, we are seeking a dynamic 2nd Line Exchange & Mobile Support Engineer to begin work on an initial three month contract, with the possibility of further extension, on behalf of a leading banking institution based in central Brussels.As well as being technically challenged, you will be working within a diverse team so, aside from English; you must also speak good levels of French and Dutch.
Your role will be to:
- Manage the infrastructure incidents (24/7) in case of an incident restore the service asap, inform service desk, control room, IMOD and Service Delivery Manager, write the post incident report in case of a major incident.
- Manage the functional mailboxes of Exchange, mobile, directory services and identity management and manage the user incidents and user requests
- Perform the routine activities on the infra and functional mailboxes like actions to close the oldest requests, represent the team in the daily operational debriefing meeting.
- Perform the primary tasks like follow-up and fixing of Antivirus alerts, rollouts and tests in QA and PROD, be primary contact for support centers, generate reports, perform capacity management activities, perform cmdb reviews.
- Perform the backup tasks like activity follow-up
