SQL Server DeveloperSQL Server Developer
A SQL Server/ VBA Developer is required by a Global Financial Institution on a 6 month rolling contract to join there expanding EUC Development team. You will be playing a key role in enabling the migration of the data warehouse between group treasury and group finance. The role will be based in Bristol.
The successful SQL Server/ VBA Developer will need at least 10 years experience against SQL Server on large databases with the ability to manipulate data sets in excess of 1 terabyte. You will also need the ability to run traces, identify bottlenecks, analyse data histograms and have an excellent understanding of SQL Server DDL and DML.
The Successful SQL Server/ VBA Developer will have the following:
- 10 years SQL Development experience on Large Data Bases.
- Full understanding of SQL Server SQL Server DDL and DML, must have advanced TSQL skills.
- Financial Services background desirable
- Must be able to write in VBA (By Hand)
- Must be willing to travel to London occasionally.
