Description
A Senior Software Development - IVR/Speech Applications is required by my client who is a well-established International software vendor, focused on providing Process Analytics software. Their solution provides insight into how employees use applications and systems to perform their work in contact centres, branches, and Back Office operations.
They are currently seeking an experienced Technical Analyst with a successful background in the development of enterprise class software.
Responsibilities Include:
- Performs on-site detailed discovery of client's applications.
- Gathers & prioritises client requirements, makes assessments (effort & feasibility) & clearly defines project scope (relative to predetermined completion date)
- Conducts on-site Proof of Concept visits to demonstrate my client's integration capabilities with the clients targeted applications.
- Develops fully-deployable Pilot & Production solutions
- Manages project issues, priorities, escalation of issues, and resolution
Required skills:
- BS Degree in computer science or related technical engineering degree, or equivalent industry experience.
- 3-4 years' experience developing & deploying solutions using Java, SQL, .NET framework, ASP .NET, HTML, CSS & LINQ
- Ability to gather & prioritise clients requirements
- Ability to work independently, under consultative direction only, or in a team environment
- Possesses the drive & resourcefulness to make contributions both inside & outside specific areas of responsibility
- Excellent troubleshooting, reasoning, design, and risk assessment skills
- Highly developed analysis & problem solving skills
- Domain experience in the call centre, Back Office and/or customer service product lines is a plus
- Experience working within the Telecoms, Insurance, Financial Services & Healthcare industry verticals is a plus.
