COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT CO-COORDINATOR - CONTRACT - LONDON BASED

Bank of America Merrill Lynch is currently seeking to recruit a Community Engagement Coordinator to join their EMEA Community Responsibility Team to be based in their offices in St Pauls, London.

The Corporate Responsibility group sits within Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs, which is made up of Internal/External Communications, Events and Marketing/Sponsorship. The Community engagement team manages charitable grants and partnerships, employee volunteering and stakeholder programmes across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, including a UK Charity of the Year and client/vendor involvement. This role would sit within and support Community Engagement with potential to support ad-hoc projects, working in partnerships with other teams.

Key skills for a Community Engagement Coordinator:

* Good administrative and support skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills/
* Proven ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders (internal and external).
* Experience in a community engagement, grant making and volunteer programme management/or equivalent.
* Previous experience within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities of a Community Engagement Coordinator:

* Support volunteer programme initiative as directed.
* Work with CSR champions across the business and the EMEA region.
* Assist with recording/tracking and reconciling activities.
* Develop, collate and monitor impact of programmes.
* General administrative duties to support funding approval process.
