Insurance Product Marketing Manager
Contract: 9-12 Months
Location: London
Rate: £300.00-£350.00 per day
Our client is a global blue chip Organisation who is looking for a talented Market Insurance Product Marketing Manager to work on a large portfolio of insurance products under development. The successful Market Insurance Product Manager must have extensive experience in ensuring the correct governance and review processes are in place across UK wide group of products.
Job Description: Insurance Product Marketing Manager
- To ensure all new products and product enhancements are developed in accordance with the Global product development process
- Must have dealt with existing products re-development
- Dealing with a range of departments and teams in a Matrix structure
- Must be strong in data and analytical
- To manage all aspects of UK Product Development Governance
- Dealing with ownership of the Terms of Reference, the monthly UK Product Development Forum, and all reporting requirements
- To ensure UK Product Development achieves a satisfactory rating in all audits
- To manage the process to review and consolidate the Personal Accident, Cancer and voluntary Employee Benefits back books
- To manage the process to retire products identified for retirement
- Line manager of one Product Manager resource
- To manage the process to retire products identified for retirement
Essential Skills and Job Requirements: Insurance Product Marketing Manager
- Must have a Consumer UK Market based experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an Insurance/Financial services environment
- Able to deliver appropriate and timely communications to senior management.
- Self starter, able to work unaided and to manage own time to deliver to deadline
- Comfortable challenging decisions that are not in the best interests of the business or the customer
- Must be extremely organised
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and the principles of conduct risk.
