Snr Tester - Brussels (English Speaking) - €330 Daily - 1 year Contract - Banking
We are urgently looking for a Snr tester to join my banking client. The right candidate must be able to start on-site in Brussels within the next 1-2 weeks. This is an English speaking role, English or French would be a plus but not required.
Location: Brussels
Budget: € daily (long term assignment)
Technical Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of test working experience in project environment, including relevant experience in end-to-end testing execution and/or management.
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies Agile or Waterfall and Defect management tools (eg HP Quality Center).
- Experience within the banking sector and more specifically with lending products would be considered as a strong asset.
- Knowledge of TIBCO Business Works, SOAP UI and security aspects is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset.
Role Responsibilities:
- Overall coordination of the test activities (planning, follow up of execution ) of IT projects, strategic programs, and application releases;
- Defining the consolidated testing strategy and the detailed test plan for the testing of new releases and deliverables;
- Defining and checking acceptance criteria;
- Managing the verification and validation processes;
- Ensuring the consistency and quality of the solution;
- Defining technical frameworks and ensuring test environment readiness;
- Participating in test data preparation;
- Giving a go/no-go recommendation in the final test report;
- Participating to method improvement initiatives;
