Process Architect - Banking - Finance - Business Change

A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking a Process Architect to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation.

The purpose of the role is for a Process Architect to work on an on-boarding transformation programme. You will take ownership of the development and documentation of the target process for client on-boarding. You will also ensure that short-term improvements in process are leveraging new capabilities being delivered in the Lab effectively, and building towards the target operating model. An opportunity exists to be part of an exciting, transformational and ground breaking programme, offering a unique experience within the Bank.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally commercial banking):

  • Process Architect experience in Financial Services
  • Experience dealing with senior and executive level stakeholders - Scanning the market for emerging technology and business trends and innovation, identifying those that may be relevant and sharing them with stakeholders to assess adoption benefits
  • Experience working with business and IT colleagues to provide pre-programme consultancy on complex business concerns, defining solution options and implications and providing recommendations and shaping delivery roadmaps.
  • Experience solving design issues and challenges
  • Ability to develop models and maintain the target and transition state operating models
  • Able to govern business design
  • Experience leading, motivating and developing team members to create a high performing team

As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.

This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.

To be considered for this role, please submit your CV in application.

We will contact you within 72 hours if your skills are relevant to our client's requirement. EA Consulting Group is acting as an Employment Business for this role under the CEAEBR 2003.
