Our client is one of Australia's leading and largest Financial Services Organization that has expanded its operations exponentially. The organization has a large range of financial offerings to both public and private clients across the retail, corporate and institutional banking areas. They have a very large technical footprint that combine a dynamic range of technologies in an ultimately, highly complex landscape.
This position sits within the Insurance business that is continually investing in large programs of work. The diverse team is multi-skilled; whilst they all display a firm understanding of agile methodologies they are yet to successfully implement this approach. It will be your job to assist in this along with the overall delivery of a compliance program to C level executives.
This role will require pro-active personalities with experience in workflow management and re-engineering. You will look to draw upon your experience in formally outlining change in highly complex environments. The successful applicant will have excellent documentation/reporting skills and a strong ability to collaborate with end users and IT staff, especially in workshop environments and with the 'C suite'.
Requirements of the role:
- 8+ Years of Project Management Experience.
- To be an expert in Insurance.
- To have an understanding of compliance.
- Strong understanding of technology and workflow methodologies.
- To be an expert in documentation and reporting.
- To have practical experience of continuous improvement methods and techniques
- To have ambitions toward excellence in workflow management.
- To possess excellent interpersonal skills for written, oral and face to face communications and the ability to lead a large team.
