Description

Migration Project, English speaking role.

Responsibilities:

*Actively participating post-troubleshooting issues of mail migration.
*Troubleshooting and routing of tickets to other support teams (Network, Messaging, Client, etc.)
*Supporting the escalation of usability issues and concerns related to the mail migration
*Incident/Problem Resolution
*Collaborating with other support teams of the customer to triage, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
*Provide feedback to migration team for any trending or reoccurring issues post migration
*Follow the migration schedule diligently.
*Classify incident based on the priority and urgency.
*Follow the Escalation process defined by the customer for any migration issues

What we require:

*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Security or a directly-related discipline, or equivalent Experience is needed
*Fluency in English
*Advanced computer skills and knowledge of automated data systems, such as PowerShell
*Proven knowledge of and experience with 3 Years of Windows Server Administration.
*L2/L3 level experience in Exchange Server 2013 and Microsoft Outlook 2013.
*Proven knowledge of and experience with 2 Years of Windows Active Directory.
*Familiar with issue resolution, troubleshooting, and application and server (event) logs.
*Basic Network Skills to include IP routing, name resolution, proxies, and Firewalls.
*Experience in Lotus Notes to Exchange migration tools like Quest migration tools/Binary Tree Migration tool
*Experience in handling customer issues and find quick fixes
*Experience in knowledge database maintenance.
*Willing to work in shifts and provide proper shift handover to other colleagues.
*Proactive team player
