One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for an Oracle DBA.

Oracle
Maintaining an Oracle environment with Windows/Linux in a multi-domain/multi-customer environment
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle 9i/10g/11g with production support experience in a multi-project environment
- Bug diagnostics & reporting
- Creation & customization of databases
- Install/upgrade oracle & install oracle patch
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, including tuning Familiar with Oracle specific tools and utilities Experience with Windows/Unix/Linux in a multi-domain environment
- Oracle Recovery Manager
- Oracle performance and tuning skills including server configuration and tracing facilities
- Oracle Enterprise Manager
- Good knowledge of job scheduling
- (Tivoli) monitoring and backup tools
Other skills:
- High sense of ownership, excellent problem-solving skills & taking initiatives of customer request
- Assess risks and criticality of issues to appropriately prioritize issues
- Having skill to handle high priority situation independently.
- Experience with working in a critical production environment
- Stress resistant
- Good teaming skills: strong team worker & leader
- Being able to transfer technical experiences and knowledge to other team members, coaching
- Project management skills to lead and coordinate transfer projects of additional work from local to IDC
- Good communication skills: in writing, verbal and in usage of the right medium for the right goal
- Discrete, patient, immune to stress, pro-active, problem solver and end-to-end responsibility are key
- Flexible to work in Different Shifts between 07:00h and 19:00h
- Flexible to work out of business hours, including weekends.
- Participation in on-call rotation is required
- Min. 3 years experience. in multi customer environment
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
