Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow, C/C++/C#, DOORS, CANElectronic Systems Engineer
Location: Gillingham
Contract: 12 month initial good chance of extension
Rate: £30 - £38 per hour

A great opportunity has arisen for the right candidate with previous experience using Matlab and Simulink within an automotive role to work on a long term contract within an internationally renowned client. You will be part of a development team working on a new project for Tier 1 OEM's
You must:
Have previous experience of Matlab and Simulink within an automotive company.
Good understanding of embedded systems, using C/C++
Have experience with validation testing
Be competent with problem solving within embedded systems
The perfect candidate will:
Have experience in the Automotive field
Have a present understanding of diesel engines, combustion and after treatment
Have experience of a production intent auto-coding environment
Competent designing system diagnostics and CAN communication specifications
Have experience of Calibration Tools (eg. INCA, ATI Vision)
Have experience of CAN Tools (eg. CANAlyzer)
Have an awareness of the ISO26262 safety standard
Have experience of SPICE assessment
Be familiar with HIL and dSpace validation testing
