Senior Project Manager, HR, Payroll, Oracle, PM, Manchester.

HR/Payroll Project Manager urgently required for leading financial services client in Manchester.

HR/Payroll projects experience is essential.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a company-wide separation project within HR and aiming to separate HR and Payroll services. They will ensure appropriate assignment of cost-effective resources, will oversee the successful delivery of core deliverables, will ensure that project management principles are in place and fit for purpose, and will ensure continuous monitoring and reporting is provided where needed.

The ideal candidates must have must have proven experience with Oracle HR/Payroll and have been in a senior PM role previously on large-scale implementation initiatives. Strong leadership qualities and stakeholder engagement skills are also key, and any prior experience of the Finance Sector would be highly desirable.
