CEM (customer experience management) solution consultant
Requirement:
- More than 10 years on CEM and solution, and have deep understanding of operators requirements
- deep understand CEM strategic organization - framework definition, corresponding role
- Be familiar with CEM strategy implementation plan, milestones and evolution path solution recommendations to projects
- Be familiar with CEM solution development & support. Include KPI/SLA models and analysis and data Modeling
- Be familiar with CEM marketing development and support
- Be familiar with CEM solution design and CEM/network planning
- Be familiar with output data structure and format by probe, such as probe company Tektronix/astella company
- Be familiar with NSN/ERICSSON many data interface signal data format, include GB/GI/IUPS/IUCS/ABIS/A etc interface
- Be familiar with CRM process,such as IBM CEM solution
- Be familiar with CEM/solution assessment and optimization method, include core network/RF network QOS/DPI solution, including different service such as Http/ftp/vod
