Subject Matter Expert - Ariba/eCommerce
About the role
New Business Transformation Programme - deploying new E-commerce system in EMEA. Dealing with suppliers electronically; ie electronic POs, invoices etc.
Within the role, you will be involved with the implementation of eSourcing and eCommerce solutions for a global organisations.
Experience required:
Candidates must have solid experience within an e-tools environment. They will have working experience of Ariba Network and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) as a minimum. Supply Network Collaboration (SNC) is advantageous.
The candidate will become the Subject Matter Expert in the eCommerce solutions used by the suppliers. My client is working toward EDI where all data files are transferred, PO's received, invoices electronically sent etc. The candidate will become the expert in how this process works and work closely with suppliers to guide them through. The candidate will therefore be responsible for training.
Communication skills and project management skills are essential to doing well within this role.
