Senior HR Business Partner - Employee Relations & Recruitment - Financial Services

For the right individual from a banking/financial services background, this role represents an exceptionally exciting opportunity!

This particular organisation are looking for someone who is well versed with a wide variety of recruitment, employee relations and staff welfare matters.

The role will entail the following:

- Managing a small team of HR Administrators and HR Officers

- Overseeing all permanent recruitment activities at the organisation including permanent recruitment strategy, utilising a variety of candidate sourcing methodologies, managing recruitment processes, managing and selecting suppliers and invoice management

- Overseeing all contract/temporary recruitment activities at the organisation including managing temp recruitment processes, the application of AWR policies, managing contractor/temp rate reviews and liaising with suppliers

- Giving guidance to senior managers and employees advice on a variety of employment matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, redundancies, etc

- Managing grievance processes

- Maintaining HR policies

- Managing sickness absences and providing guidance to managers and employees on handling sickness absence

- Managing special leave requests

- Compliance and reporting eg monitoring the end of probationary periods, etc

To be considered for this role you will need the following skills and experience:

A strong knowledge of permanent and contract recruitment and sourcing across a variety of disciplines pertaining to financial services

A good generalist HR background gained within financial services/banking

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Demonstrable team leadership skills

Excellent analytical kills and an eye for precision

A sound background an underst6anding of a variety of employee relations and staff welfare matters

A background in working with all levels of staff including senior management up to board level

An understanding of legal matters pertaining to grievance and disciplinary processes including risk management
