Customer Experience Managment Solution Architect CEM - RAN, 2G, 3G, 4G, Hadoop Storage, Big Data, CRM, Device, HLD, Fault Management, Integration

  • Essential: Experienced as Solution Architect
  • Essential: Will cover the integration phase of the Delivery.
  • Skills: Customer Experienced Management on Demand knowledge.
  • Customer presentations skills. Persuasion and influencing.
  • Ability to summarize and simplify message. Excellent communication skills.
  • Will cover the high-level or functional architecture (big data concept, HLD)
  • Will cover the IT integration with customer ecosystem (Traffic data, CRM data, Location data, Device data, Trouble Ticketing, Fault Management, other external systems ...)
  • Knowledge of IT architectures: Linux, Hadoop storage, ETL
  • Good understanding of Mobile networks (2G,3G, 4G)
