Description
Our Swedish client is currently looking at ways to improve their test environments, including changes to the test environment processes. They now seek a senior consultant who can help them to develop, document and implement this for them.
The role will involve:
-Investigating and agreeing process changes.
-Performing interviews for relevant roles, facilitating meetings and workshops, documenting changed process and organising reviews.
-Training and coaching to support the implementation of the changed process.
The ideal candidate for the role should have:
-Experience in process development and process improvement.
-Knowledge of software development processes (eg test management, test environment management and deployment processes, service validation, test processes etc.)
-Experience with analysis, definition, anchoring and implementation of new or changed IT processes.
-Change management, stakeholder management and deployment management knowledge.
-Teaching/Coaching skills.
-Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
