Big Data Analytics, Self-Organising Networks, Radio Networks, Closed Loop Software, Architect, CPU and RandD
eCRM Euro are looking for a Self Organising Network (SON) Architect to focus on closed loop side of software. The candidate will bridge the gap between knowing and doing by applying the state of the art automation to network optimization.
As a member of the big data analytics team your work will be split 30% to 70% between system architecture and advanced prototyping. Prototyping will prove the suitability of the technical solution proposed.
Your responsibilities include
Business Requirements Analysis.
Discuss with customers on business requirements and present to stakeholders.
Design, training and validation of Black Box/grey box models for network behaviour
Mathematical modelling and implementation of network optimisation logic
Requirements
Master or higher degree in computer science, software architectures and/or communications or significant relevant industry experience
10+ years experience in RandD development with 3+ years focus on mathematical modelling and optimization
Passion for technology and genuine interest in optimisation and mathematical modelling
Strong interest and knowledge about industry trends.
The following relevant skills and knowledge would be considered advantageous
3G/4G mobile network optimization and tuning
Experience with mathematical optimization
Experience on machine learning and AI
Experience in high performance computing (on CPU, GPGPU or both)
