Description

Context of the mission
In the context of a project to develop/extend a CRM tool and a case management tool for our internal client we are looking for an experienced functional designer with good knowledge of CRM functionalities.

Mission period
Start date: ASAP Duration: 6 months
(Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)

Objective of the job
As functional designer you will collaborate closely with the business, peers & the architects to elaborate the functional description of IT solutions taking into account short term projects objectives & a long term vision of the application landscape. You will be responsible for the correct implementation & testing of the solution within the planning, budget and quality constraints.

* Design functional solutions based on the business requirements and architecture outputs.
* Collaborate with technical designers to translate the functional design into well- tailored technical design.
* Coordinate solution developments.
* Prepare & Execute the necessary test cases based on the requirements to meet the expected quality.
* Support the business and the IT Team during user acceptance testing.
* Organise go live of the application.
Guarantee the long term overall quality of the application domain by systematically taking
into account: stability, scalability, traceability, flexibility, maintainability, performance,.

Job Description

Expert CRM Analyst and Project Leader will support AG Insurance in the deployment/extension of the Case management and Client Relationship Management projects.
This implies to:
o Provide advices to our internal client IS EB/HC
o Give guidance for the definition of the requirements
o Analyse the business needs and actively collaborate with the Architect and the
Business to provide adequate answer
o Define the different consolidation steps towards the architecture.
o Build the roadmap in collaboration with the architects
o Reinforce the collaborative relationship between the business, architecture, the analysts, the transversal development teams.

In parallel Expert CRM Analyst and Project Leader will follow the CRM and Case management project activities
o Project Follow-Up : Budget, Staffing , Planning, Progress, Risks, Issues
o Identify and define clear roadmap ering short-term issues and long-term goals
o Communicate with the IS EB/HC Management (Clear reporting, simplify complexity)
o Communicate with the IS EB/HC Management in an appropriate way (Reporting,
Presentations)

Reporting

A monthly reporting is expected allowing to assessing progress. Reporting should list the performed activities and their status, including areas of improvement or modifications and overall program planning.

* Good communication to architects team members and hierarchy.
* Blueprint/Roadmap architecture (global CRM/CMT architecture for EB/HC)

Coach colleagues
Create and support a Project Plan by detailing Work Packages, Deliverables, Budgets and Milestones
Create and Follow up of the business documents
Follow Up of the planning DUR Documents and try to incorporate in a unique plan
Follow up of the Project Progress
Communicate Project Status to the Management and Sponsors

* Understand the role of IS EB/HC in AG Insurance
* Is able to use the different AG standard tools needed (Winris, Eu2klist, EU2KPLAN ...) within the context of his mission
* Is able to use the Prince 2 standards as applied within AG Insurance
