User Acceptance Test Co-ordinator

We are a Global IT Staffing and Consulting firm and we are looking for an experienced and energetic individual to fulfil the role of User Acceptance Test Co-ordinator for our global client.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent and robust experience in planning, documenting and then co-ordination of UAT testing and automated testing of enterprise software with an emphasis on web tools, and related applications to achieve the goal of seamless application delivery, once released into the hands of our clients' customer service agents.

In particular.

You will need to demonstrate aptitude and inherent skills in the following;

  • Testing and documenting results of agent software, web tools and related applications; with a primary objective of proactively scanning for potential quality or usability issues.
  • Working closely with Product and Business Analysts to understand requirements and use test cases to mitigate out deficiencies or tasks for remediation.
  • Drafting & following test plans and scripts and comprehensively document test scenarios.
  • Working with third parties on requirements, testing, and problem troubleshooting, as and when the situation dictates.
  • A ready aptitude to work through road blocks and tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinating with Market Management, Operations Support, Product and Program Card Industry Program teams to escalate issues of a technical and business nature
  • Great communication skills across cross disciplined teams, such as facilitating communication between technical and non-technical resources
  • Partner with senior business leaders on identifying business challenges and provide relevant data-driven insight

Skills/Experience

  • Basic understanding of PCI, PIIA or HIPPA compliance a plus
  • Experience across a broad range of applications and technologies a plus
  • Experience in a call center environment a plus

Our Client customer service agents work with multiple applications for first and second level customer support.

As the successful candidate you will work onsite to understand how the apps are used and ensure they are rolled out in a way that proves acceptable and user friendly for the agents. You will test and report back to the Applications Engineer and team

The emphasis is on testing and diagnostics - You will not be part of the build team.

You will be representing the Disys Corporation in this client facing role and as such will be our ambassador and representative.
